What payment methods do you accept?
At this time, we only accept PayPal. Please refer to our Payment Method .
What should I do if there is a payment error?
If you are experiencing error messages when making a payment, please make sure you’ve entered all of your Paypal information correctly. If you continue to receive the payment error message, please contact Paypal for more information.
Can I use more than one coupon code on my order?
At this time, only one promotion (coupons, free shipping vouchers, promo codes) can be applied per order.
Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. Please fill in your both account email and order number in order to monitor order status.Please contact us within 3 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
How can I get free shipping for my order?

How long does shipping take?

If my order is delayed, what should I do?
If you didn’t receive your package within the time frame of the shipping method you selected, please feel free to contact our Customer Service Team. We’ll be more than happy to help!
Tips for shipping
A telephone number is required for delivery. Leave the correct email address in your order so that order confirmation and shipping confirmation will be sent.
Your address should be detailed enough, even include apartment or unit number. Nondelivery or extra shipping fee due to personal reasons will not be taken by R.M.K Collections.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for most unworn, unwashed, and undamaged swimwear within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. For more information, please refer to our full return policy.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Sorry,the exchange is not available currently. However, you can use this return process and re-order a new one instead.
